Ceramic Fiber Fabric / Aluminum Silicate Fiber Fabric
Introduction:
Ceramic fiber fabric, also named aluminum silicate fabric, Al2O3 content about 45%, is divided in to two types: glass fiber reinforced and stainless steel wire reinforced. Fire rating class A, long term use 1000℃ below.
It will prolong high temperature and heat insulation time, when ceramic fiber fabric by heat treating, or coated with vermiculite.
Application:
Large area industrial insulation, thermal radiation shielding protective clothing, coated fabric, fireproof curtain, flexible expansion joint insulated carpet, other industrial thermal insulation, heat insulation, fire resistance and protection.
Characteristics:
Heat and electric insulation, acid resistance, oil and water vapor corrosion resistance, resistance of aluminum, zinc and other non-ferrous molten metal etching, good tensile strength, low thermal conductivity, non-toxic.
